Now that I Have Some Spare Time!

I am currently in between jobs which means I have plenty of spare time and this is a luxury I have lost back in 1998 when I first started working in Dubai. So, with the dull weather that we've been having here in Vancouver for weeks, one of my main daily activities is watching a lot of sports on TV. As I mentioned in previous posts I have been watching the EURO 2008 CUP tournament (two games a day!), I was also watching the NBA finals which concluded today with Boston Celtics becoming the new champions (what a series it was), and I also watched some golf, a sport that I'm trying to learn to play, and watched the US Golf open which also ended yesterday with Tiger Woods winning it in a very interesting way. Other than watching TV, I usually spend my time reading, surfing the net, go to the Gym and go to the movies which is one of my favorite activities. As for the night activities, I usually go out and the destinations change every night but one of the regular places that I have been going to is Kino Cafe on Cambie St where I get to enjoy beautiful Flamenco dancing and listen to live Flamenco music and it's growing on me. I love it.
